1C02 - my very first class in Poly
Hmm, sudden rush of thoughts, hence posted by 2nd entry for today...After today, there will be no more classes as 1C02. The day has finally came. We completed our first year of Poly. Unbelievable, it feels as if that school has just started!
Frankly speaking, I'm really thankful to be in the class, I got so many people to be thankful for!
First, I wanna be thankful that I'm in such a pretty good class, I of the best I've been. Everyone seemed quite friendly with each other, like I am able to talk better with Keith now. I will never forget the great courage I needed for starting a conversation with him cause I didn't really know what to talk to him.
Next, thankful for the clique - Melody, Nava, Si Jia and Deanna. They are always so friendly and so ready to offer help and solutions even though I don't hang out with them often. Sorry that I drifted off from you guys. I still remembered that I was always hanging around with you guys for the very first few weeks of school. Friends forever ya?
Thanks to my current clique - Yi Ting, Monica and Ting Ke, for always hanging around together and undergo all the tough times when it comes to projects. Really grateful for your cares and concerns which never fails to make my day. And, especially Ting Ke, always ended up being my listening ear to hear all my nonsensical complains. Somehow, kinda funny, I seem to be complaining non-stop huh?
Not to forget, Leroy. He's seriously one amazing guy. He is one of the few that can totally understand my way of thinking and give me answers to my questions which I could rarely solve by myself especially when it has something to do with life. Million thanks for always offering help when I'm in need and be there for me to solve my troubles. Also, very thankful that you brought me to Jurong SDA, a place where I never dreamt that I will enter.
Because of that, I get to know such awesome, friendly and wild church friends. Their hype never seems to end! Hanging out with them enhances my life experiences totally. There were so many things that I never expected myself to do! So many first-times I get to try as I spend time with you guys. For instance, attending cell meetings, joining the Worship Ministry, going for ice-skating, learning about my relationship with God, singing on stage, sitting by the river to chat for the night, etc. There were simply so many things I did for the first time after knowing you guys.
Thus, I seriously wanna be thankful for the wonderful year I had. Although I didn't get to accomplish anything big, but playing around and having new experiences, I feel is already a big breakthrough for me..
Cheers to my first year of Poly life for 09/10 ! =P
