Officially 18th
Happy Birthday to ME!!!
Currently enjoying my sweet 18!! LOL, even though 18 is a memorable birthday when majority of the teens will hold a chalet, go to pubs and clubs etc. But this year I chose to spend my birthday in Premier Pure.
What I did on my birthday? Er, basically recruitment :) It feels kinda weird having to work on your birthday, but nevertheless, I will never forget this year's birthday in fact, my first birthday spent in Premier Pure..Hahax
Also, a week after this, my family and I went to Genting, it was damn boring cause I was underaged for Casino :( The limit was 21 when I'm only 18.... Sians. But at least the 3D2N spent there was some quality time with my family, getting to know each other better. Even though Genting was a boring place if tourists don't go to the casino, at least we had our fill of the food there. The food were damn delicious! And guess what, almost every meal we dined at a restaurant! =D Haha, enjoyment ttm!
Saw a few interesting stuff there, like portrait drawings, wood carvings, Mongolian scent bags for wishes like health, wealth, career etc. And that actually re-sparked off my interests in drawing.
Sometimes I do wonder, " Do I really hate drawings that much?" or was it just that I refused to put in effort to practice and improve on my drawings to such an extent whereby I programme myself to think that I suck at art and have no talent in it thus no point continuing?
Come to think of it, since young, art is the one of the few things that can train my patience and concentration. Even though everytime after completing a picture at the end of the drawing class drains me out entirely, I do find myself focused and a little interested to want to complete the picture.
Other than art, I was forced to conquer my fear of heights, and stupidly enough was to take something that I banned myself from since years ago - taking the damn bubble lift. In the end, yea I took the damn transparent lift, but my fear of heights is still that severe....
Well, $50 singapore dollars was enough for me to last 3 days 2 nights though, not very fun, but at least relaxed and recharged :)
